This encompasses the study of all aspects related to citizen health, methods to prevent the spread of these diseases, and their treatment. Thus we will have future physicians who are thoroughly informed about community and family health.
Description
The Department of Family and Community Medicine commenced its academic activities in the 2019-2020 academic year, with the collaboration of faculty members from neighboring universities. The department offers a comprehensive curriculum in Family and Community Medicine through a combination of theoretical lectures and practical training in polyclinics and health centers in Zintan and its surrounding areas. Additionally, the department is engaged in scientific research focusing on community health and the local environment.
